Vox in a box (well a pedal at least)

The new Catalinbread Galileo is designed to replicate that iconic Brian May Wall O’ Vox tone, but it does so much more. This is one of the most faithful recreations of a Vox I have ever heard.

The Galileo is basically two of Catalinbread’s great pedals combines, the CB30 and the Naga Viper, tweaked to get that thick wall sound. And it’s not a one Queen pony, as the video above shows. It does a great job of emulating the AC30 in a wide variety of settings.

It’s only available from Pro Guitar Shop ate the moment, and retails for $199.

Catalinbread Galileo Features:

  • Redesigned CB30 and Dedicated Naga Viper Circuitry
  • Volume, Treble, Bass, Gain and Top Boost Controls
  • True Bypass
  • 4.7” (12cm) x 3.7” (9.40cm) x 1.5” (3.8cm)
  • Standard -9vdc or Battery Operation

It may pop up on Ebay at some point, so check below if there are any bargains.
