If you have been reading this blog for a while, you know when it comes to guitar I’m fairly traditional. Classic shapes, passive pickups, you get the drift. But even I have had my interest piqued by these new Schecter SLS models.
Featuring Schecter’s locking tuners, and ebony fretboard, a choice between the active Blackouts or Seymour Duncan Full Shred pickups, or the Jazz Passive pickups, choice of three piece maple neck and a killer finish (digging the Blue Burst), this is a modern guitar I could handle having in my collection. It even has left and a choice of Tone Pro or Floyd wang bar.
