John Mayer explains the blues

I had a fairly long drive on Monday (drove for about five hours all up), and John Mayer's Continuum made a great soundtrack for driving through very dry Australian landscape. In this video, he explains what he has been doing to get out of the blues box we all get stuck in at some time.
