New MXR – M-169 carbon Copy and M-159 Tremolo

MXR Carbon CopyThere are two companies that I would kill to own all the effects they produce. One is Carl Martin, the other, is MXR. I've mentioned before my love of the Phase 90, and MXR/Jim Dunlop have tweaked these two pedals to give them a fresh new sheen of desirability.

While the tremolo is a great pedal, it's the Carbon that I have a dseire for. I suggest you check out the site for the Carbon copy and have a listen for yourself.

Oh Yeah, without a doubt. They are built like a brick. I had a PA stack collapse on my pedal rig one night and the only thing to survive was the Phase 90.

I think this pedal looks great.. and sounds great from the various clips I’ve listened to. MXR builds pedals to last too.
