Marshall 1959RR Signature

marshall-randy-rhoads-1959rr.jpg
The man who created the tone that defined a generation of guitarists finally has a signature series. It's just a shame he is not hear to see it. The striking 1959RR has been built to the original specifications as requested by Rhoads himself. From my understanding, and I may be wrong, the main difference is that the first channel is fed directly into the second gain channel, producing more gain and harmonic overtones that create that signature sound.

I just hope the guitar is tonally versatile and not stuck in the 80's, otherwise me may all be wearing spandex again real soon, and that would not be pretty.

Thats cool. Any chance of getting to hear your playing through it. And another thing, what are you playing through – Led Paul, a classic pointy V like Randy? Do tell!!!
