Hey guys and gals,

Due to domain issues with a "useless-crap-wallet-raping-child-teasing-non-functional-hosting-and-domain-provider" HOSTING-PP being absolute pricks, this site will go down over the next few days before returning hopefully at the start of the next week.

Here is what has happened.

I registered my parent domain (xrismedia) through Hosting-PP years ago, and since then have changed email addresses a few times. This domain (guitartoybox) is simply hosted on the XRISmedia account. Well the xrismedia domain has expired, and no matter how much I attempt to contact Hosting-PP I get no responce. Yes, I know i should have kept it up top date but shit happens. It should be easy enough to fix up if they would just reply. Beacuse of all this my domain is in registrar lock and nothing can be done to it. The hosting is still OK, as you can tell by this site still running. I switched my hosting from Hosting-PP to IPowerWeb years ago for these exact type of problems, just didn't move the DNS hosting which was a big mistake.

So over the next week I'll be moving everything over to a new domain. This site will return next week with some organisation changes. I'll be recatagorising all the posts to reflect this being more of a personal blog, and adding a bunch of links and a few other things as well.

See you all soon.

Hey, good luck with the move… it's truly amazing when a hosting company just plain refuses to make contact with a customer, and unfortunately it seems to happen a lot.

I've recently moved a bunch of my sites over to A Small Orange, and so far they've been great, but my experience with other hosts has left me a bit paranoid now ; )

Anyways, hope it all goes smoothly!
