Another year older, G3, and a new green pedal.

birthday
Today is my birthday and I always get a llittle reflective at this time. It's been at least a year since I have played in front of an audience. It's been a year since I really practiced my guitar playing as seriously as I wanted to. However I have been slowly building my business with lots of hard work which sould soon pay off with more free time to spend playing guitar more seriously.

I was lucky enough to have a Behringer TO800 given to me by my wonderful girlfriend as a gift. It replaces the TS8 that Rosco finally took back. I have to say, it's a pretty close match tonaly. When you crank he gain right up you geta silky smooth overdrive that is so creamy and lush and warm.... hmmm beautiful. Now I just want one more pedal and the collection is pretty much complete. I want a nice chorus. I'll get a stereo chorus if possible even though I'll generally use it mono. At least that way I have the flexability if I ever need it. Two amps, slightly chorused apart, with two seperate tones... aww just heaven.

I also just found out that G3 is coming to Australia. I've already cleared the day in my schedule, and Rosco's trying to do the same thing. Should be an awesome gig and I am very excited. Personally, I'd love a G3 with Nuno Bettincourt. That would be something to see.

I had planned opn writing a lot more, and probably will at some point, but right now I have the flu and I just want to chill out and take it easy.
